After my 30 day free trial expired, I bought a 'webmaster'' one year membership from localendar and paid $49.95 on Paypal on March 13. But, I still can not activate update the localander account on Weebly.

I still get a message that says the free trial has expired and I need to purchase a new plan. And the public sees the same message when they use our web page and click on the "events calendar link." www.bournenewcomers.org

This is very troubling as our club members depend on the web page calendar for vital information. I have written to localendar support twice but have received no response. Help!

Per my note in the other thread, I see your subscription is active. Sometimes PayPal is slower in sending us notifications (partly the reason we moved to Stripe - but now we are once again back on Paypal after having some issues with Stripe as well)

I show you are currently through 3/18/2019. Paypal (and Stripe for that matter) should automatically renew a few days before the subscription ends so you shouldn't have an interruption like this in the future

(that is, unless your credit card # changes, which is another story: even if you update your cc# on Paypal, they will still try and charge the old one. We haven't found a good solution to this issue yet. But basically the only way to avoid a problem is to let the old subscription expire and purchase a new one with the new cc #)
