When I view our calendar and click on an event for the description (such as the Bike Safety one) it comes up with a black screen and cannot see what is there. The background color is set for lime and the text is black. Not all events have this happen. Any suggestions would be good. Thanks, |

it looks like there is an issue mapping the named bg color 'lime' to its correct html value. If you use a different color name (or choose a hex code), it should render correctly. Essentially, what you're seeing is black text on a black background. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I'm having a similiar issue with my calander. I posted 2 test events. One on the May 9th with an image and one on August 23rd without an image. The one with an image shows fine (yellow background on calendar and white background for event pop up) However, the August 23rd event is blacked out until hovered on calendar and blacked out for event pop up. How can this be corrected? Thank you. |

seekye, You created a custom category called "Birthdays" and set the color to be black. You then created your Aug 24 event and added it to the "Birthdays" category (hence, it's black) You should either edit the Birthdays category and change the background color to something else, or update the Aug 24 event and remove it from the Birthdays category. As a reminder, you can access the Custom Categories page by clicking the Add Event button (or editing an existing event) and clicking the "Edit Categories" link by the Category drop-down. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
