We are experiencing unwanted ads on our calendar. We subscribe to premium services and understood we would not have ads on calendar dates.

We are wanting to upgrade to Premimum to get rid of the ads on our church calendar, so I would like to hear the explanation to this question before upgrading.

According to our records, your subscription expired 6/15/10, which explains the ads. In order to remove them, all you need to do is re-subscribe.

The subscription had expired. Ads will be removed once you subscribe to a Premium calendar.
