Thread Topic SEVEN DAYS AND NO PREMIUM SERVICE?
Thread Body OK, so I must be doing something wrong. I paid for the Webmaster Premium Subscription and have nothing to show for my money. Using the emails provided by PayPal, I get returns from Localendar saying come here. WHY? What is a forum going to do to square away a bookkeeping issue?

This is NOT the way to foster business arrangements. This type issue needs to be addressed right away. OK, so if I did something wrong, why wouldn't Localendar email me using the email address I have with PayPal? THAT's Proactive!

But this sure doesn't make me feel comfortable.

SO - how many webmasters actually use this product for MULTIPLE customer's websites? Happy with this product?
Happy with the "service" that so far seems scant?
Did you change to a different tool, and if so what and why?
