Thread Body	We haven't used this calendar in 9 months and have no need to continue it's use. The company has been closed. We forgot to cancel the subscription and were notified the money was automatically deducted and renewed. I've logged into PayPal and cancelled the subscription but that was one day too late. Can I please have a refund of this years costs since it hasn't been used and won't be used, and can you please go ahead and cancel the account I would appreciate it. PS - it was incredibly difficult figuring out where and how to start a new thread to ask for this request. It's a shame you don't have an easier way to accomplish this. PPS we have thoroughly enjoyed the use of your calendar over the past 10 years. Thank you.
