Thread Body	Sorry to pepper you with so many questions- I have spent more than a day trying to set up what I need. I would like to set up a calendar so that: -I maintain control of the calendar -Only 5 others can add events, but cannot change settings on the calendar -Anyone can see and print the calendar, but not change or add anything The only way I can see doing this is to set up free satelite calendars for each of the 5 others, giving them permission to add events, to be approved to public by me, but not to give them the main calendar password. Since the main calendar is passworded and under my control, the public cannot access it. I would then set up one more calendar, without security, but with no 'Add' button, and merge it with the main calendar. Would this work? Is there an easier way? Is there a way to accomplish this without paying for two premium calendars?
