Thread Topic Problems with Sharing Feature
Thread Body I own OJPpatrol with Premium Services. I am just getting back to trying to set this up for a select group after a year or so away. I have the Sharing Feature set up for about a dozen people with "View Only" access. View only allows these people to Add an Event, in addition to viewing. As well as being the owner, I am also one of the people listed with "View Only" access.

But there is a spacing problem with events being added, that was not there a year ago. If you open http://www.ottawapark.org/reference/images/Localendar_OJPPatrol_AddFromOwnerPage.png , you will see at the top what a test event I added looks like when I add it using 'Add Event' from the Standard tab when I log in as the owner. Below is what the result looks like when I login in with my 'View Only' access (http://localendar.com/public/OJPpatrol?rss_link=false ), and click on the event to get the pop up. Everything looks at it should.

Now open http://www.ottawapark.org/reference/images/Localendar_OJPPatrol_AddFromUserPage.png . The top screen is what I see when I access the calendar via http://localendar.com/public/OJPpatrol?rss_link=false as a user, and add an event. The bottom screen is what I see after I log out (Localendar & my browser) and log back in via my 'View Only' access (http://localendar.com/public/OJPpatrol?rss_link=false ), and click on the event to get the pop up. You will see that NONE of the paragraph return entries are there! All of the text runs together in one paragraph.

As I said, this problem did not occur a year ago when I was last working with OJPpatrol. What is the problem, and how do I fix it?

My second problem is one I mentioned a year or so ago when I was working on this site initially. My users are not computer experts, so I am trying to make this as easy as possible for them. They have trouble remembering, when they Add Event, to go to the bottom, open 'Schedule a reminder email' set the reminder time, and check an email list. On the Options-> General page, I have selected 'Visitors may add Public events (immediately visible)', and I have checked 'Notify me of new events via email'. Is there some way that I can get ALL of the people that have View Only access sent an email as soon as an event has been added?

I certainly hope that ALL that are on the list can automatically get an email as soon as the message is sent. But if that is not possible, can you at least add a 'Now' to the "Set a reminder time" option on the Add Event page? None of the times listed is of any value to my use, because I want people to know that an event has been added as soon as it has been scheduled. That is important especially if someone needs a partner, or so no one else schedules at the same time.
