Thread Topic Premium Membership disolved
Thread Body Dear Support and forum community,

I bought the yearly Premium Basic Membership on 04.01.2022 (dd/mm/yyyy) for 29,95 $.
Currently I have the problem that I neither my user name nor with my E-Mail are currently known by your systemm I even can't reset the password nor login.
All the blocked dates and everything is now gone.
Did I missed something? It was working until June/July (last time I checked).
I now registered again, but (with the same User ID and E-Mail Adresse), but I don't have a premium membership now nor can I see all my old Appointsments and blocked dates.
Would be nice if someone could help me with this topic.
