Thread Body We've become aware of an issue on one of our servers involving which has prevented some Contact Us messages from being received, as well as from some Subscriptions from being activated.

This same issue would also prevent some reminders and emails from being sent (in fact, it all revolves around a particular disk's interaction with our message server)

I'm personally manually activating about 60 subscriptions. Mail should resume normal delivery.

The only item we cannot recover is Contact Us messages that may have been sent in the past several days. So if you haven't received a response (and not already posted your question to the forums), please re-submit your issue.
