Thread Body	I am having a few errors with your service...#1...being able to contact you with problems. I have left several messages through "contact us" and through this forum...with no attempt from you on answered questions. next issue...I need help with my paid account to be processed...it has been several days...account is emsk next issue...on another one of my paid accounts...midwaycity...there is an issue with adding events. It only works with firefox. No computer that I go to will let internet explorer add any event. It gives an error message. I used your fully interactive iframe suggestion. However, when the page is refreshed after a first attempt then it works. Why does it take so long to get any response from support?????
