Thread Topic	How Our Human Brain Functions
Thread Body	We as human beings have a mind that is both logical, Left Brain Hemisphere, and creative, Right Brain Hemisphere, but how many of you know that most of us only use the creative Right Brain Hemisphere when we are alseep? Thats right it is during sleep that the Right brain is the most active. Why, you may ask? Because this is the time of day where our mind tears down and rebuilds the effects of the day's activities. If this did not ocure we would be overwhelmed with memories piling up day after day after day form the time we are born. The tear down and reconstruction happens at al levels of our being starting at the celluar up.
