Thread Topic How do you change annual billing information?
Thread Body I've tried for the past two billing cycles to get the information on how to change who receives the paypal bills for the annual premium. Matt Hudgins has responded both last year and this year that I need to contact PayPal.

I responded both last year and this year that PayPal doesn't control WHO is billed--that surely comes from localendar's billing information. I bought the subscription for my public school since they didn't have a PayPal account. Now they wish to take over the bills and I can't get the changes made with localendar.

There has been no help with support questions as the answers are always the same.

I have cancelled the automatic billing cycle with PayPal so now there will be no way to renew this premium account which we are using all the time.

Could someone just provide a process by which to change the billing information WITH localendar.com PLEASE? It should be that hard to do.

And please don't attempt to say you haven't been contacted recently. I just emailed support today and got the same answer back--contact PayPal.
