Thread Topic Premium Calendar Payment Error - Ongoing
Thread Body On 10th July 2009 I was informed that a subscription payment had been made by Paypal to Localendar, amounting to $29.95 US. I immediately contacted the PayPal telephone support service to explain that this payment was in error as my Localendar subscription did not expire until September 2009, and asked if the payment could be refunded to my bank.

The person I spoke to informed me that I needed to contact Localendar and ask them to repay the payment to PayPal, and it would then be refunded to me, but PayPal could not do anything until this had been done.

I then contacted Localendar via their support forums (this appears to be the only way to contact them) and received an answer that suggested all I needed to do was contact PayPal, and my payment would be refunded - this is a bit different to what I had been previously advised and in spite of reassurances from Sarah Giles, I have heard nothing from PayPal. I would be grateful if you will advise me what to do next to progress this matter.
