Thread Topic Can't renew
Thread Body Paypal cancelled our subscription, saying our credit card was declined, (we may have changed cards) and now we can't renew our subscription through them. They couldn't even find our subscription information when we called.

If we try to renew on your webpage, clicking "subscribe" we're told the username is already in use.

Please tell me how we can renew for another year without losing our username on LoCalendar.
