Thread Topic	Premium Service and Still have Ads
Thread Body	We sent payment to have premium personal service back in September and our page still hasn't been updated. Ads are still on the calendar and also we do not have the capability to upload images like we should. I have submitted a ticket. Please can someone find out what is going on that we don't have the service we should have.
