Thread Body	I am trying to upgrade to premium. I bought basic. How do I do this? I do not want to pay $9.95 + the $29.95 a year. ALso, how do you cancel a subscription. I thought I could just cancel the basic and add on premium, but the old support form says they ignore emails that are not technical!
