Thread Topic	I cancelled my account
Thread Body	I cancelled my account in June of this year, and yet the subscription fee of $29.xx was just taken from my PayPal account. I'd like to know how this was done, and how to receive my refund? I'd also like to know, since apparently it wasn't done, how to insure you all don't do this again. I have sold my website and no longer am in need of the service. John James
