Thread Topic	Email notices of new posts is not working
Thread Body	I am not receiving emails when someone attempts to post at my site, despite my settings being right and me upgrading. When will this be resolved and if it can't, can I get a refund as this is the only feature I am interested in. I use Outlook through my cable ISP, Mediacom, and have checked my junk mail folders. No notices have been received. I have done a test post and also had several others try it...I do not get any notices.
