Thread Body	In order to eliminate advertising popups for our Boy Scout Group (for example the ad for "Meet Lesbian Singles"), we've decided to upgrade to Premium Webmaster. In order to register, the first prompt is for Country-which defaults to United States. When I change it to Canada, it simply reverts back to US. I cannot enter my Province or Postal code (which are mandatory fields). Please advise on the best way to submit my request for the premium service ASAP. We've had a few emails from parents of youth regarding the inappropriate ads.
