Thread Topic	Renewed Premium but account reduced to Standard
Thread Body	Our Premium Subscription was renewed automatically via PayPal on April 22. However, we now notice that our calendar is displaying ads and our uploaded images are gone. We expect this to be rectified immediately. If not corrected within 24 hours from first notice, we will file complaint with PayPal.
