Thread Body You debited my bank account for next year's subcription. Do you think it would a better business practice to send a email to relay your intentions. I had planned to continue the subscription but I believe you need to tell your subscribers in advance that you intend to debit their account so one has the option to continue.

Since the damage has already been done could you send me a recipt so I can give it to my treasurer?

Your method of charging your subscriber is highly unethical and a very poor business practice.
