I have posted for help to a problem and haven't gotten a reply. When going to the contact link...it tells me that the form is not for support but to go to the forums. I paid for a subscription and would love a little support. Help?

My question was ...How do you remove the provided clip art where only my uploaded choices are available. And how do I remove/edit clip art from a calendar entry?
