Whoops! Forums expired!? From the "everyone makes mistakes" department....  We didn't renew the subscription on the support account (which also owns these forums). So if you tried to access them before noon EST today, you were told this feature had expired. Didn't Microsoft forget to renew hotmail.com one year?
