What I meant was to refuse the transaction @ PayPal, and I would refund it through our console. I didn't intend for you to send us an email.

That account (localendar@yahoo) is not monitored (we use the Contact Us form) except for messages that come directly from PayPal. Sorry for the confusion - we're not ignoring you. I've sent the refund.
