Renewal Subscription
I have paid my renewal subscription via PayPal, and had it confirmed by them as well as it being taken out of my bank account, but for some reason I appear to have lost the premium service. Can you please reinstate it for me ASAP, as I use it in connection with my work. Thank you. Frank McGlinn
