Sarah, please reply, as we've now received two e-mails from PayPal, telling us they've attempted to use our (old) credit card for next year's payment and they're unable. They are unable because I cannot get into the website to which they've directed me, not having the same info as PayPal has on file for us and they will only talk to the person who's name is on the account.
