We have not seen any recent emails until Saturday. So, my apologies for not answering your previous attempts at emails. However, they were not received for whatever reason. In response to your difficulty cancelling your subscription. You will need to contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue. Especially if you have had difficulty for the past 2 years doing so.
