It actually is a priority - but not one that we can handle at the expense of dropping current issues and support requests. If you want to help pitch in on either the support or coding, let me know wink

Have we isolated ourselves from a huge portion of potential international users by not supporting this sooner? Yes.

Has this work "fallen through the cracks" - no.

Are we making sure we support our current users before moving into new areas? Yes.

I would love to help wherever I can. I am a little rusty with some of my coding and have a number of irons in the fire at the moment which seems to chew up the hours. Let me know what kind of support you are thinking about.
