Thanks for the reply; no, I did not read it in the forums. Every time I went to that page to check it out as I had done with other features I got a "not mac compatible" message. No worries on that, as I'm not sure I need to use that feature. But now I'm also not sure the discussion board will work for us either. By the description I thought "anyone viewing your webpage" could post, and it would appear embedded on our website. Reading more, I see that everyone must register with localendar in order to use the board. I was hoping to avoid having to have people sign up in order to post to calendar or the board. Also thought the discussion board would be embedded, which it sounds like it is not. We're already using a password-protected page for the calendar, and wanted not to have to ask everyone to register. Your offer of a free 30 day trial is most generous; I suppose that would be the easiest way to see. Thank you! |
