Cancellation and Refund
Hello,
Today I received a note that my account was automatically debited for renewal, however, we are no longer using the calendar. Therefore, I immediately went into PayPal and cancelled the premium subscription. I would like to know if a refund is possible since I cancelled the same day as the renewal?

I really do not recall authorizing an automatic withdrawal for renewal, and I had not received anything warning me that my renewal was coming up. Otherwise I would have cancelled when we stopped using the service earlier this fall.

We have appreciated your service, it was very helpful as we developed our online presence.
