Hmm.. Looking at the CSS you've pasted, I see this section:


.localendar-mini td, th {
  width: 20px;
  height: 20px;
  text-align: center;
  vertical-align: middle;
  font-family: arial;
  font-size: 12px;
}

I think if you change the font-size to something less than 12px you should probably see the Day Name sizes reduced.
