Payment Options
I can't get PayPal to let me pay. Is there another way?

I ran into this with my personal credit card and now am seeing the same with my boss's company credit card. Paypal sees that the card is issued with an account but I can't find that Paypal account. With my personal account, I never got it remedied. In fact by trying so many times, Paypal thought I was a hacker and my bank thought Paypal was a hacker. I never got the two to cooperate.

Now it's with a different card, different cardholder, and different vendor and it's the same-old--same-old with PayPal. Is there any other way to pay?
