Re: 8/17 Outage? Is there a number or email address we can use to contact you in the event of another outage of this magnitude? I am sure that you worked with CIHOST dilligently to restore service, but with the forums also hosted on a downed website, it is more than frustrating to just wait around that long without service. As you can imagine shared calandaring is used by MANY folks and I received my share of calls as the admin for the calendar. I was wanting to get the full blown version (non-free) but wonder what your overall uptime has been. Can you assure me that this recent outage is just a small blip in the service history of this site? Thanks so much.. A localendar fan. |
