There was an outage on the site today from approx. 1PM to 6PM EST.

What we don't know:
What caused the initial outage (is it related to the new Zotob worm making the rounds on the net?)

What we do know:
There was an unacceptably long time for our hosting provider to address the issue. While we let them know almostt immediately when the outage occurred, there were numerous delays in getting a resource assigned to investigate the issue.

We still have not received sufficient information to diagnose today's problems. We will post further information here as it becomes available.
