It is now 8/18. We are getting inconsistent access to the calendar. Response time to this site is very poor but we are not having any response time issues on other sites. Is this new problem or a continuation of yesterday's problem?
Is there a support e-mail address to make it easier to report these issues.
We have been using the calendar for a short time - about a month and a half. Up until yesterday there had been no problems.
We need to know that there is a way to promptly report problems and have them resolved in a timely fashion before we can consider any of the premium services.
