Re: What's the problem Support: This problem has NOT been corrected, per your post of 7/27 of this thread. I stated I was still having the problem. Is this problem going to be fixed? There are several others having the same problem (posted in Known Problems on 7/25/12). I'm not getting the error message but the rest is still a problem. So is anyone actually reading this?
