Actually, there have been Unsubscribe directions in our docs for quite some time: http://www.localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Subscriptions The reason you were charged a month before is because all members receive a free 1-month trial of premium services. If you subscribe at the start of that trial, we add your free month to the end. So it might appear you are getting renewed early; in fact we are making sure people get their full subscription plus their free 30 days. If you have used the Contact Us form, you will get a response (I haven't seen any come through however).
