The most recent support ticket I see is from 9:27 this morning.

Regarding your previous ticket, it was answered Mar 4:
"Have you recently changed any of your billing information?" (we did not receive any response)

For the transaction id you pasted, we did not get a notification from Paypal. It appears that it did go through, however, it also states:

 
Amount: $9.95 USD Date of payment failure: Feb 22, 2013 Subscription Name: Premium Basic Subscription Number: S-3DF511758X612740A Item Number: 0987654321


I suspect this is an issue on Paypal's side to not correctly send the notification. I am going to activate your subscription manually.
