Re: edit events Yes; the "2nd notification" you are receiving *is* normal.. because when an event is edited, it could be changed completely. The calendar owner therefore has to be notified. Of course, you can turn off this notification under Options->General and let events be visible immediately. When you log in to change the event, you should just be flipping it from Private to Public and clicking update.
