Re: PayPal payment failed Incredible! We have been complaining about the backup funding source issue but have not received any information along the lines you passed along. All we have heard is that there is no way to change backup funding sources for subscriptions - not that we need to update any code with Paypal. I repeat: Incredible. Well, I will definitely pass this along to the dev team. I imagine this will not retroactively effect all our existing subscribers, but it will be a huge help to any future ones. "An older version of our button". What does that even mean? Why would Paypal possibly tie your backup funding source to the type of button we use. That just seems pretty strange on their part.
