Re: Ads began appearing?!? (Personal Premium account) Hi Marc, This helped with FF and Chrome, but I'm still having the issue in IE 10. I'll tell you what I did in IE to delete the cache and cookies. In the Delete browsing history menu, I unchecked the "Preserve..." option, and then checked everything except the Passwords option to clear the browsing history, and then I went into Developer mode (F12) and ran CTRL+R and confirmed that the cache was cleared. I restarted IE and I'm still seeing ads there. Thanks so much for your help. Alanna |
