![]() Hi, We've had this ongoing issue with subscription fees since February this year. I've included the previous posts below. The renewal date has been corrected as mentioned below, However we recently were charged with a further subscription fee in september -even though we had renewed the subscription in Februrary earlier and localender had manually adjusted our subscription to oct 2014. I believe the confusion stems from that fact that we paid a subsciption renewal earlier than was required in feb13. However, paypal has since made an auto scheduled deduction to our account in september. I am a little confused as to how to rectify this situation. Our preferred solution would be to have extra deduction reimbursed to our paypal account. Your help would be appreciated. We recently received notification from paypal that processing of payment from an old registered credit card had failed. As we were unable to find the previous paypal details, we resubscribed for another year via the localender website for a further year on a new paypal account. Our understanding was that the paid account: http://www.localendar.com/public/lanecove was expiring in September 2013. Given that we resubscribed for one further year, the subscription should expire September 2014. However, when we log onto our calendar, the expiry date for the premium service is given as March 2014. Could you please advise why the expiry date is appearing as March as our understanding is that re-subscription should take effect from the original date of expiry in September 2013 [Feb 21, 2013 3:47:03 AM] [Link] support localendar Expert Joined: Sep 15, 2004 Posts: 4646 Status: Offline Re: Subscription renewal Reply to this Post Reply with Quote -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've manually adjusted your end date. I'm not sure if when Paypal renews next it will use the current date or just add a year to what you already have. If we need to make an adjustment again, just let us know. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news [Feb 23, 2013 10:55:28 PM] [Link] lanecove New Member Joined: Sep 19, 2004 Posts: 5 Status: Online Re: Subscription renewal Reply to this Post Reply with Quote [Delete this Post] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi again, We've noticed a payment charge on the 8th of September for a subscription renewal. As per the previous email thread, we were not due to for subscription payment until September 2014? Should I follow this up with Paypal? Ideally we would like this amount refunded, given the current subscription paid in Feburary this year will not expire until September 2014. |
