Re: Merging Localendar with other calenders You have more than 3,000 events on that calendar. We don't "pre-compute" our ics export (like Google does) when an application requests it. The advantage to Google's approach is that they can serve up the ics feed quicker. The disadvantage is recent changes take time to show up in the feed. An ics export includes all events on your calendar, even if they were 1-time events that expired a long time ago. My guess is that as your calendar is getting bigger and bigger and the feed taking longer and longer to generate, Google eventually has decided to timeout waiting for it. My first suggestion is to go under Options->Events and click "Clear Calendar Events" and try purging events from say 2010 to 2011 or 2012 (or longer) if you don't need them.
