Subscription Issues On March 13, 2014, localendar charged $9.95 to my paypal account to renew my premium subscription, which is supposed to include an ad free calendar. But there are ads on my calendar. I sent an email in last week with a copy of the receipt from paypal verifying that I was charged $9.95 in March. But the email was sent back as undeliverable. Can you please help get this fixed? It's been over a month now. And I really like using the calendar service, but I really don't want ads on my calendar. Thanks. |
