Hello, thanks for the help.
I managed to solve the problem. the code looked like this

<script type="text/javascript" src="Scripts/jquery-1.4.1.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="Scripts/scripts.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src='http://www.localendar.com/js/PublishedIncludeMini.js'></script>
