considering premium subscription in order to maintain/merge calendars
Hello,
I am a member of high school girls' basketball boosters board, and we currently use a free localendar (aka, "MAIN" calendar) to share our schedule, including games, tournaments, fundraisers, and other events.

We have decided that we'd like a second calendar ("BOARD" calendar) in order to calendar board business - payment due dates, entry deadlines, and other things that we do not need to share with parents/players and/or would simply be clutter to players & parents if they were to be on the MAIN calendar.

The MAIN calendar would remain accessible to anyone. The BOARD calendar would only be made available to members of the board. For ease of scheduling events on either calendar, we'd like to be able to view a MERGED calendar, which would only be available to the board.

Is the above do-able? Given the scenario & goals described above, does anyone have any suggested alternate scenarios? And finally, could there be a way to add events to the MERGED calendar and, when entering, specifying to which calendar - MAIN or BOARD - the event should be written?

Hope this all makes sense :) Thanks in advance.
Rob
