Re: Merge an iCal to an event category; filter by category; and category visible in list view So you mean for a list view like this: http://www.localendar.com/public/lsumusic?style=M1 The color coding next to the event is not enough, and you would want to see the category name? There is a legend for the colors at the bottom of the list (along with checkboxes to toggle them) Of course, for your particular calendar it looks like you have color-coded the iCal events *and* set up custom categories with the same colors. It helps because it suggests that the imported iCal events belong to particular categories since they actually can't be assigned this way right now. But it does make you think the checkboxes should toggle events on/off, which they won't since they are just eye candy.
