I believe you may have changed the member name on the calendar after you created the Cobrander Deluxe subscription?

If this is the case, the renewal with Paypal will fail (we can't get them to accept changed member names unfortunately)

If the subscription does not auto-renew, you can just re-subscribe to re-establish the correct link with Paypal. You won't lose any information.
