I have sent two requests on the contact form ..since a few weeks ago to please refund the premium that was automatically renewed through my paypal account...apparently in March of this year.

I haven't been active with this for quite a while, and didn't realize the premium self renewed, or that it had to be cancelled through my paypal account to not do so.

I am a senior citizen on a small fixed income, and it feels like my money was just stolen from the small balance I had sitting in my paypal account. I went to buy my vitamins online with it, and found it was gone! Please, please return it!

There should be some notice to us before just taking our money like that!

Please fix this....
