Re: Reusable Locations pscmedia: I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but if you want to create something like a standard event, and a standard location, and then just change it as required, here is what I do. This assumes that your Calendar is a public one. Go to a month before you started your calendar. In my case, I started in January 2015, so I went to December 2014. Enter everything that you want for an event, including what you want in the popup. Then save it on some date in December as a PRIVATE event. When you want to use it in say June slightly modified, go back to that December date, open it, make the changes you want, set the date to the June date, change from Private to Public, Preview to make sure it is correct, and then Save as Copy. My calendar has 7 different custom categories, and I have created key events for each of them., and saved as Private in December. I hardly ever add a new event from scratch anymore. If you have lots of similar events, this is a great time saver. Harry |
